Ipod Touch ?

I have a red number 1 above App Store. I know that means there is an update or something. Well when I click on it there is nothing there. It goes directly to updates but there is nothing there to update? Anyone have that happen? How do I get rid of the red number if there is nothing to update?

Does it say all apps are up to date or just show nothing? When I update sometimes it will still show the 1 until I go back into it and see the all apps are up to date message. I've also had updates and not been able to load the screen before to see them... Not sure why but I just kept trying. Sometimes when my ipod does weird things I turn off my wifi then reconnect and it loads fine.

It was just showing nothing on the update page. I tried like five times and it all of a sudden showed up. Just an update to a game. So the number is gone. I dont know why but when I see a number on the Ipod like that it bugs me until I can get rid of it.
