I have been meaing to post about this too....I'm having the same exact trouble. It looks like there should be more for me as well but there's not. I'm so glad you posted this....I thought that it was me and that I was going crazy. LOL

But it is very testy with me -- some days it works and some days it doesn't.

Hi guys! That exact same thing happened to me while I was setting up one of the test blogs. It's really important when you're copying and pasting the code into blogger that you have the "Expand Widget Templates" box checked at the top right of the code box.

Can I ask, is the document that you received in the download missing the text, or is it just missing after you paste it into Blogger? I've checked all three that are in the download, and they all seem to be fine. Most people aren't having that problem, so I'd suggest trying re-pasting the code with that box checked.

If you haven't saved a separate copy of the code before you did your alterations, and you need another copy of the code, please forward me your receipt for purchase to zoepearn AT yahoo DOT com DOT au and I will send you another copy. :)
 
In the document that I recieved it looks like the text is missing. Could the program I'm using to open it (word pad) be cutting it off some how? It's so strange that it's happening. I can send you a copy of my reciept Zoe if you'd like, so I can try your code? I really apreciate the help :)
 
That might be the problem girls... From the sounds of it, WordPad seems to be the common thing here. I'm so sorry - I had no idea that would happen, I just assumed that all text editors would open the document no problem! And, because I'm on a Mac, I don't have WordPad, so I couldn't check :(

Anyway, if any of you need another copy of the code, please contact me with your purchase receipt at the email above and I'll email you another copy :) I'll help in any way I can, so don't be afraid to ask!
 
i LOVE these. they're such a great idea!

i wish i used blogger, though. but the kits are gorgeous! makes me wanna redo my blog!

you should do a holiday themed one.. something for christmas or winter and such.
