Just a quick update in case you run into any errors or site issues today.
There’s currently a global Cloudflare outage affecting sites intermittently, including ours. Sometimes service is restored, and then it goes down again while they work on the problem.
Our servers are fine, but because we use Cloudflare for extra security, SSD may not always load as expected. For example, a few moments ago I could access the store and everything on sweetshoppedesigns.com, but couldn’t reach sweetshoppecommunity.com. Now both are back online and working as expected.
If you do run into issues, please know we’re aware and our amazing webhost and team are monitoring everything closely.
We hope this is resolved soon, but I wanted to keep you in the loop as this is affecting sites globally, not just SSD.
