Instagram Help

I'm new to instagram, and I don't know how to upload my layouts to it without just taking a picture of the layout on my screen. Can someone tell me how to do that?

I use Dropbox. So i'll copy the layout over to my Dropbox folder, then open that app on my phone and save it. OR you can email it to yourself and download it to your phone. Those are the easiest ways for me.

I also use the dropbox. When choosing a picture to upload, click on the dropbox folder and choose your layout.

I third dropbox, but honestly, taking a screenshot can be just as easy!

Thanks, girls. One more question: How do I get a screen shot from my computer to my phone?

I just save the image out of the gallery by tapping it and holding and then choosing "save image".
