Insta-Photos at Home...

I live out in the sticks. which makes having my photos printed in town less than convenient. which loosely translates into me rarely having it done. so with the new year and all of my scrappy/A5 planner/PL project planning in the works, I've been looking at a new means for printing photos at home. I'm all about instant gratification! I'd love to be able to edit the photos on my PC before printing, so wireless [from phone/tablet] isn't a big deal to me.

so am curious if anyone has a home photo printer... like the Epson PictureMate Printer, Polaroid ZIP Mobile Printer, or Canon SELPHY... others??

was also looking at all the fun new insta- photo camera options... like Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 and the Polaroid PIC-300. has anyone tried one of those?

I have an older Canon Selphy and I really like it. It used to work wirelessly from my laptop but after I updated the OS it stopped working wirelessly with my computer but it still prints from my phone wirelessly which is nice. I find that the prints are a bit pricey but you can normally get a decent deal on "ink"/paper packs on Amazon.
