My oldest son joined the archery team at his university last year, and I need to scrap this very special experience. However, I don't want to use a kit with that theme; I just want to make a simple layout. So inspire me with your minimalist-style layouts!

Minimalist probably means something different to each person, but to me, it means little embellishment.

I have these:

The photos fill the page, but besides 2 journal cards, there's no other embellishments:

You could do a newspaper style layout if you have journalling you want to include:

Soco has a LOT of minimalist style templates. I loved them for my Sagrada Familia pages. Lorie also has simple album templates that would work.

Echoing what others have said- I think minimalism means a little something different to everyone.

Minimalism to me is about curation and subtraction. It can take me longer to make a minimal page than it does for me to make a wild and messy art journaling page because minimal pages are much less forgiving and require choosing my elements and papers with precision.

I love scrapping minimally from time to time but it can be quite challenging! That said, here are a few of my favorite layouts that I consider minimal that I’ve done over the past few years.
