iNSD FWP not free :(

It's supposed to be free with a $15 purchase, right? I have $17.83 of products in my cart, but the total is $27.83 because the FWP kit is showing up as $10. When I had over $20 of product in my cart, both the kit and quickpages were there for $0. I guess that's what I get for taking things out of my cart.

This is happening on both my iPad and computer and I did try logging out and back in on both.

weird. I had over 20 in my cart and then removed one thing to make it under 20, but the album still stayed in my cart free (and it should have disappeard). I just didnt download it.

It sounds like the shopping cart software is flaky today. Maybe it's feeling overworked?

Thanks, Darcy I figured that it must not be a very common problem or it would have been solved by now. That or everyone is spending more than $20.

I got the templates and free kit and spent well over 20 this week but did not get the quickpages (which I was not really worried about because I typically do not use quick pages often)

Empty your cart completely when this happens and readd and it should go back in there at the discounted rate. The FWP are finicky sometimes.

Robin I spent $15 and I got the QP free, no matter how many times I clicked delete it wouldn't remove from the cart even when I restarted. So I just didn't download them. x

This was me too. I figured just not downloading woudl be easier than deleting my cart!

I believe the QPs were coded to be free with $15 purchase and kit +QPs were coded as FWP for $20 and over by mistake. That's what happened to me. I had over $20 and I got both free along with the template set. However, when I deleted one item and my total went under $20, kit was priced for $10, but QP was still free. Once I added another kit to make my total over $20, I got kit and QPs for free.

The way it is set up right now, QP is FWP for $15 and over and kit is FWP for $20 and over.

Ripal, I did what Robin said (empty the cart and then fill it again) and the FWP kit was there when there was $15 of products in the cart. I think the software may get a bit glitchy when we take things out.
