Any of Tim Holtz/Ranger and Cats Eye. I like the cats eye sets, where you get 6 coordinating colors. I have 4, and want more :p

I have tea dye, black soot, walnut stain, peeled paint, and weathered wood. And want more :D

So far I only have one of the Ranger distressing ink pads by Tim Holtz (Antique Linen) and really like it. I think with my Michael's coupons I want to pick up another one or maybe two of those in other colors plus some of the Cat's Eye ink sets to try.

Tim Holtz Distress Inks, Black Soot, Walnut Stain, Vintage Photo, and my very favorite Faded Jeans (this is blue) .

Cats Eye in Dark Brown, Black and my favorite Chestnut Roan

I sponge mine from the ink pad with a sponge, not directly fromt he ink pad. I use Burnt Umber from Pallette

I use the Ranger (Tim Holtz) distress inks as well - my fave is the Walnut Ink, but I also use Old Paper and Faded Jeans - depending on the palette I'm working with and the effect I want. I can see why some people would choose Colorbox's Cat's Eyes though - they are easier to get in smaller corners because of the points on each end. If I want a black edge though, I go with my trusty Marvy black ink pad....
