I can't get in, my puter says it doesn't know the publisher and won't let me in, any help???

as long as you are logged in and have Java enabled, you should be able to get in.

when I click on chat, I get the active X control come up and when I click on install, it says the author of the program is unknown and it won't allow it....

tried that too, but then I just get a blank page, guess I am out of luck tonight

sorry I wish I knew some way to help ya out. I had no problem in either IE or FireFox tonight, once I made sure Java was installed. It wouldn't even load the page before I installed it.
