I'm so excited for him.. I have the little flight tracker loaded up and am listening to ATC from the airport so I can hear his first take off and subsequent approach at the next airport. This is all so cool!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats Lauren. He deserves a big congrats too because becoming a pilot is hard. My ex daughter-in-law is a pilot (Southwest airlines) and I know what the training/pilot school is like and how they have to be retested every 6 months and practicing in the simulators. Lots of hard work but a very rewarding career!
What company does he fly for?

Very cool! Yeh, the training and sim time was pretty intense! He flies for air wisconsin- they operate as US Airways Express :] (which UAW is now part of american.. and it's all confusing LOL)
