"Thanks girls! Yes, I hadn't been online for several days as things got really hectic in my life...maybe a longer update on that at another time....but the long and short of it is that my doctor asked me to come in a week early because I started presenting with serious symptoms. I arrived last night in L/D with extremely high blood pressures and contractions every 2 minutes, plus "bad" liver enzyme readings in my bloodwork. I will have another u/s this morning and continue to stay on all of these meds they have me on right now. They are giving me IV meds for my BP and they gave me shots of terbutaline to stop my labor. We hat he HAS told me is that he will be keeping me and I will be going home with baby....he will deliver Parker somewhere between now and my previously scheduled date of next Friday. I believe he wants me to bake the baby a few days longer since I'm just barely term (37 w yesterday) but we'll take every day as it comes. Having my kids safe in their respective locations makes the thought of staying here in the hospital for up to a week and a half (if he waits till next Fri to deliver) much more comforting. I JUST found out there is apparently wifi here in LD so I may be on here or there. Thanks for all of your well wishes and positive thoughts! I miss you girls!"

Hey thanks girls! I'm doing just fine....I am BEYOND thrilled to be having wifi in my room (that was unexpected!) so I've just been scouting baby announcements online and grabbed a photo for my 37 week page that will all but complete my pregnancy journal....think I may just scrap it with the new Manda Bean kit! It's a wee bit boring sitting here hooked up to everything with crappy weekend daytime TV, but this will be the last time in a LONG time that I don't have several children tugging at me for something, so I am trying to take advantage of the rest and uninterrupted me time (plus DH and I have had tons of time to cuddle and chat so it's been as relaxing as you can imagine under the circumstances, kwim!

Thanks for checking up on me....with the wifi, I could be updating you myself or maybe my sis will! :)

WiFi...woo hoo, that is great. I hope all goes well for the coming days and can't wait to meet little Parker!!!!
 
Just another quick update...

Lena went in for her c-section at 10 this morning! I imagine Parker has arrived but I'm still waiting to hear the news! I'll be calling to check shortly if I don't hear something soon!
 
I just saw the thread over at DST a little bit ago too...I hope everything went well for them both!!!!
