The Ghost of Awesome Past
In this world of cruddy customer service, I'm finding myself very impressed with Costco. Today I got an automated phone call from them, telling me that according to their records that I had purchased Clif Bars from them and that Clif Bars were recently recalled due to the peanut butter recall. Sure enough, I went to my pantry and found the box of Clif Bars and peanut butter ones were in the variety pack. These are ones I bought back in September! I am extremely impressed that the safety of my family was a priority to them and that they made this effort to contact me. I sure haven't been contacted by the grocery stores in which the other peanut butter recalled items have come from. :glare: Anyway, I was impressed and thought they deserved the kudos! So I'm going to run over to Costco tomorrow and return the Clif Bars and I know they will give me a full return on them, because that's how awesome they are. :thumbup:
