Hello everyone! I am a novice using PS. My sister is creating her own wedding invitations and is in love with this scroll:

When I download it as a png and attempt to re-size (bigger) the resolution is terrible. Is there a way to increase the resolution on an image downloaded from the internet?
If not, can anyone point me in the direction of a good place to find a scroll like this?
