My new Dyson arrived today. How did I ever live without this thing? And who would have thought you could love a vacuum cleaner so much?
 
Ohhh my parents got one...The yellow one with the ball-its super...They gave us their old(3 month) Kenmore, and I'm thrilled with it, but I sure would love to have me a Dyson!

We have a purple on at work and I have to say I'm not very impressed with it. But my boss said that she has a different one at home and she doesn't like the one in the office either. So it must just be that model. I would love to get a new vacuum but after I paid what I did for my Kirby my husband would have a fit.
 
Isn't it funny how we think we do a great job cleaning, until something better come along. I would like a Dyson, but my Kenmore just keeps holding on, LOL

I want to get a Dyson, but we only have 2 rooms with carpet and soon, they'll both be laminate, so we won't be needing a vaccuum cleaner anyway, lol. I HATE our vaccuum we have now, though...piece of garbage!
 
My Dyson came with a flat surface attachment. We have laminate floor in a couple areas too, and I can use it on that. :thumbup: They thought of everything.
 
My grandma swore by her Kenmore. That thing lived on for decades. The only reason she got rid of it was because she got too old to lug it around the house.
 
Oh don't you just love it??? I've had mine for about a year and I still love it as much as the day I got it.... LMAO it was even in my favorite things album for May!

Jackpot! I plan on putting one on our wedding registry despite Jordan's protesting. He doesn't want it since we'll be getting wood floors (EVENTUALLY, not like, tomorrow) and I say screw you! I want a vacuum that works! I totally want the yellow ball one or the animal one. :thumbup:
 
I'm sooooooo jealous! I have a crappy dirt devil (I think) and I swear it picks it up and then distributes it somewhere else!

I would so love a Dyson, I want the one with the ball.
 
I only have two rooms of carpet but I want a Dyson when my Kenmore dies. I vacuum all the hardwood floors because I don't think the Swiffer picks it all up.
 
I have an Animal - and man. it's AMAZING!
When we moved into our current house - we were the first ones to walk on the brand new carpets/tile floors. and holy smokes! there was so much crap just in the new carpet!!
I loved mine so much that my mom bought the ball - and she's disgusted every time she turns the thing on - lol
(btw - julie, I also had a cheapy dirt devil - my husband killed it when trying to suck the air out of those space saver bags..... I'm just sayin'.)

Ugh I hear ya Pam! I think the worst part of swiffering, is seeing the line of dirt that gets left behind when you pull it back towards you. Totally grosses me out. I even sweep first, then swiffer and it barely helps.
 
I would LOVE a Dyson! I am stuck with an cheapo right now! I won't even talk about the duct tape on the hose! LOL!! I would def love to get a Dyson in the future though!
 
We don't have any carpet, so I don't even own a vaccuum! I am PRAYING my next house doesn't have any carpet either, but if it does, I'm getting one!
 
A DYSON is so not in my budget LOL But I really really want one!! Awesome honey, I would be so excited!!
 
OOOOH!! Don't you LOVE it?? I know it is a little embarassing what they get up out of the carpet. I have had mine for about 2 and half years and I still love it. I just replaced the main hose on the back a couple days ago cause it was coming apart and losing suction. Its all good now. I recommend them to everyone. They are worth the money. If for some reason i need a new one i'm buying a Dyson again.
 
I got one about a year ago. The honeymoon is over but still pretty happy with it - it's had a few problems (it sounds like a plane is taking off when I use it) but still sucks pretty good (LOL).
 
you have GOT to be kidding me! just last nite after i got done vacuming (the ENTIRE 2700 sq feet of my house). i was thinking, "i really love you dyson, i really do!" i was thinking of scrapping a page of my favorite things so i could talk about how much i loved dyson!

yes...i have had mine for 3+ years and i have loved every moment of it! especially since i am a vacuum-a-holic!

i vacuum my wood too!!...the dyson has a bare floor setting and i swear it vacuum's better then i can sweep. sometimes i use to hose for under the cupboards.
