I'm home!!

we got home around 7:30pm last night, after about a 10 hour drive. That was our longest vacation in one place ever!! I am sure Des' parents are gonna miss the kids, but at the same time, I know his Mom wanted her house back in order. lol

Today is my slacker day - tomorrow is the community memorial service for the 8 snowmobilers, and Monday is Danny's funeral, so I probably won't be around much until after that.

Sorry for being such a sucky scrapbooker the last few weeks. lol

so far, neither my Mom & stepdad or Des parents made as much of big deal as we thought they would. Although Des' parents did launch into a discussion on tattoos and piercings as just another form of mutilation ... ugh. Yeah, thanks, since I am tattooed and pierced too! lol

Well, at least they didn't freak! LOL!
 
Oh honey you are one busy soul, and I wouldn't even worry about the scrapbooking. You totally sound like you deserve a vacation without the kids and parents LOL. I hope you find some good quality r&r time!
