I'm full of dumb questions today!

Can I use kits/papers/embellishments to create a siggie with my name? or is that against the rules? do I have to give credit somehow to the designer? if so, how?

Also, I keep finding myself buying from the same designers..obviously I like their style! I have seen people with blinkies, supporting their favorites...where do you get those?!

No dumb questions...better to ask than make a boo boo! Siggies usually fall under personal use (since it's for you and you aren't selling it), but always check the designer's TOU. I see some credited and others aren't, so no real help there...

find the blinkies on the blog and as far as I know you can make a siggy.

oh just wanted to also add to make sure when taking the blinkies you copy to your computer and then upload to a photo hosting site like photobucket
