to get used to this darn Bamboo tablet!!! I got it on a killer deal after x-mas at Future Shop... I think it was a mistake on their part, but it was in the system at the totally wrong price, so I got a black Bamboo Fun with a mouse for $70!

I am so not used to it at all! I keep reaching for my mouse and then realize I don't have one, haha! And I'm all jerky and jaggedy trying to click and point. I am SO bad at clicking. I'm accidentally sliding things all over my desktop, highlighting things I don't mean to, clicking the wrong thing altogether, and I don't hold the pen right to do a right or left click, lol.

BUT, I'm determined!!! I love it already, I just have to get used to the darn thing!
 
i've been wanting one. if i get one, i'll probably be clumsy with it too, lol. hope you get the hang of it! and WTG on the store price mess up! :D
 
It does take a bit of practice but once you get it you will be HOOKED!!!! My pen broke on my tablet so I had to go back to a mouse and it was really hard for me to do :cursing: That is a GREAT deal though, CONGRATS!!!!
 
Oh yeah, you'll have it down in no time at all. It was really awkward for me at first, but now I use it ALL the time. I don't even have a mouse anymore. I use my pen for everything.
 
I had to hide the mice, lol! It took a week for me to be comfortable, another for me to never want to touch a mouse again, lol!! I've had to use a regular mouse a few times in the last couple weeks. YUCK!!! Just keep any and all mice away from your desk and you'll be fine!

Oh, I rarely use the buttons on the pen. Occasionally I'll right click with it, but other than that...I don't use them. :thumbup:
 
I just got one for Christmas and I haven't taken it out of the box yet LOL. I am sure there will be a learning curve for me as well LOL
