No, you're not the only one... never heard of tootie, tacos, manda, mandabean either! Before my time obviously.
 
Manda was one of the original 8 designers when SSD opened our doors in 2006. :) She was faaaaaaaaaaabulous. :wub: Sadly, she retired from designing in 2011 (I had to actually go back to an old SSD newsletter to check the date. LOL)

I've heard of Manda… Now, I'm wondering if it's really her… :closedeyes:
 
LOL I pretty much keep all emails thanks to gmail. I delete spam, but everything else gets archived. I've actually had to refer back to old SSD newsletters for lots of work things over the years, so they're always just a click away!
 
Manda is awesome! I got to meet her in 2010, with Heather & Melissa. She's so much fun!

I would just love to see Manda posting and active again. If she chose to design, that would be amazing, but I miss having her around the forums.

LOL We do like to tease you guys, but I can assure you that this post has *nothing* to do with anything going on around here. The fb post is just a fun TBT question. (Just didn't want anyone to get their hopes up... this weekend is ALL about our 5 insanely awesome new girls!)
 
Oh, What Libby said! I had asked Robin several Sweet Shoppe History related questions a couple days ago (before this post), to start sharing randomly on facebook. The 2 are not related at all.

Didn't mean to imply they were related, it's just fun to reminisce when changes are about to happen. :)

I did think they were related, but since they're not, I just say while I'd love to see any retired designer return, but it's true tomorrow is packed as it is. :-)
