I'm a home owner!

I signed the papers today! I am so excited, this has a been a dream of mine forever. I grew up in apartments and didn't want that for my son. We found our dream place for us and I am so excited to move in. This week is new floors throughout and painting all the rooms, we move in this weekend. Its way bigger than our apartment so lots of open place for now. I'll update with pictures as we get things settled in. For those of you who helped with paint colors, I decided on gray for the great room. Everyone today said it was the fastest short sale they have ever seen.
