Im having issues. I have firefox and safari and have had some luck with some of my downloads. But what is happening to some is that the download but when I try to unzip I get an error. Now one of my downloads says I have exceeded 5 clicks and it is now disabled. I don't know what to do from here.

Crystal, let me know the order number that you need reset, and I'll take care of that right away.

Robin, I have two of them that have exceeded the 5 clicks and are disabled... order #s are... #105875 & #105877

I don't have time to work on my issues tonight, but hopefully tomorrow or Monday, I hope they are ok then.

I have been having the same problems! :thumbdown: I use Internet Explorer and Windows XP. I had multiple files not download correctly, some of which were parts of a bigger set (like AP or EP). I always download individually. I tried downloading them to another site on my computer (other than the file I usually download to), I emptied and then later shredded my recycle bin (attepted redownloading in between), then I ran CCleaner before trying to redownload again, but these files downloaded super fast and were empty when I attempted to unzip them (except one that only had one item in it). I went into Internet Options and deleted everything and tried again, still nothing. I also tried going into my account at the store and downloading from there but I didn't see a way to do that after looking around some. So, after talking to Robin (& having my codes reset! LOL!) and reading this thread I went and installed Google Chrome. THIS WORKED!!! :p (BTW Google Chrome lets you download more than 1 file at a time!) I had 2 files that downloaded correctly and had the correct number of KB but did not extract when I unzipped them, so I deleted them and emptied my browser again and re-downloaded those 2 files (1 at a time, LOL!) and it worked!!!!! :thumbup: YAY!!! I use Extract Now to open multiple ZIPs at once - this is an awesome free program if you don't have it already! Anyway, just wanted to give an update and hopefully help someone else out! I tried both ways and am still having issues. And I am using IE. And I have also exceeded my 5 clicks for both of my orders...lol

I'm having marginally better success with downloading through Google Chrome 1 at a time so we will see - I have one download out of ............... so far

I never use the emails, I always download from my history.
 
Just reset the requested orders in this thread : ) So glad to hear things are working well this morning - whew!

I had trouble on friday and some on saturday. Using I IE yesterday every thing came down ok except 2 files which exceeded click limit. will get that sorted out today.

I had some downloading problems later and with the help from Robin, I finally success to download all my files!:thumbup:
Just to let you know, hoping that it could help, I change my browser IE to Firefox but it didn't work.
So I come back to IE, downloading one file per one file, some were OK as soon as I receive it, some were corrupted...
Robin had to reset me some links and then I re-try for 5 times or near and it was the good time!Phew!:p
Robin, don't feel like this for thoses problems, it's not your fault!
I'm just so happy with all my new lovelies kits!:)

I'm having download problems too.. I tried downloading once (through order history) and now it says the download exceeded the click limit :blink: The order # is 106145

Oh and I use Firefox...

I got 2 out of 3 downloads to work. For kcroninbarrow-sweetcaroline-ep I got the 5 clicks error message again. I tried downloading it once. Sorry to be a pain Robin... :unsure:
 
Anybody else purchase the Simply Sweet "All About We" lately? When I try to download it, it tells me there's no file to download . . .
 
Hey girls,

This is a weird one that's been like this for awhile. I cant get the downloads on this to work via the store at all. I've tried uploading new zips, making a new product, everything I can think of to get the AAW issue to download through the store, but it just wont correct itself to download. If you order this issue, just send me a quick note and I'll get you a direct link right away.
