Sounds like so much fun! And I get the whole suburban mom feeling like a real grownup! I was in St. Louis alone overnight this summer before DH joined me for a conference on DS's genetic disorder. It was the first time in forever that I've had to get myself around an unfamiliar city alone. I remember way back pre-kids when I used to do things like that all the time, but it felt like a much bigger deal now, LOL.
