This spring, my EHD decided it did not like my desktop or laptop and stopped working.
Well...this morning (WAY EARLY), DH was up doing some online BF shopping, and he decided to pull the old Mac out of the closet, and he hooked the EHD up to it. And guess what? It worked!! YAY, all of my stuff is there!
So if you're a PC and you have a dead EHD, try hooking it up to a Mac computer and see if you can get to your stuff!
I've read that if you have a dead HD (which I do), you should try to hook it up to a Mac...Windows blocks you from getting to the files, but Mac will not. Now if he will just get the cables from Tiger Direct so that we can try to rescue the goodies from my old HD, I'll be one happy camper!
