I so laughed out loud when Simon was giving feedback to Scott and said the performance was [insert hand going over head here] and then had to add that it was over his head 'cause it's not like Scott could see that. Very fast save.

I think Paula is trying to be better with her comments. She doesn't articulate well on the spot, but I think she's not giving some of the generic cookie cutter comments that she's done in the past. She seems to actually have an opinion.
 
Just wanna add that Adam can rub me down anytime he wants..even if it means I have to pretend to be a dude. *sizzle*
 
I actually like Adam too, I didn't much care for the way he chose to sing his song tonight though. But I do like that he's unique and different and hot too lol!

I don't care for Scott at all, I definitely think he's a bit out of his league this season.

I love love loved Kris, Danny, Anoop & Matt tonight though!!!
 
Adam was creepy. I liked him at first now - realy don't like his voice. Unique or not - just don't like his voice. It reminds me of Axel Rose, but way worse. I like GNR, Adam just can't pull off that squeal like Axel can.

Danny - I was cringing tonight. I was worried for him & it was off to a shakey start for sure, but he still can bring it.

Scott, better, but so blah for me. I do have to say that they calmed his hair down which was good.

Megan - I don't see the appeal in her. Matt, Kris & Anoop really shocked me, though. I really think it is going to get tough the closer it gets...I didn't think it was going to be.

It was just an okay night. Nothing fantastic or spectacular.
 
I thought Kris, Danny, Meghan, Matt and Alexis were good tonight, but Anoop was my favorite by far! Scott was boring and out of his league and Adam was just plain weird tonight. Crazy weird.
 
I hope Scott's sympathy vote ride is over soon. After last night's performance, Adam should go home, too, but you know he won't. He's got rabid fans like Manda and Lizzie and Man-da and Lezzie sittin' at home burnin' up the phone lines. :p

I must say, Nikki, your Matty was fan-TAS-tic tonight.

Of course, I :wub: Danny. I told Jeff he was lucky I met him first. He looked real worried. :p
 
I'm so glad that Anoop brought it last night. If he didn't, I would've said he'd be going home for sure.

I love Adam. I'm in agreement that it was a very weird arrangement of the song, but I still liked it. I'm a fan for sure! I liked that he didn't try to sing a country song and make it sound country! I HATE country week, as we don't listen to it in our home (although I will listen to the occasional Carrie Underwood song or Dixie Chicks)

Danny totally rocked the chorus....He's my first fave! (and I love that song too)

Matt was fabulous!
 
Adam's arrangement sounded ALOT like Dilana's on Rockstar: Supernova...anyone else watch that when it was on? In fact, I'm betting my money that it was Dilana's arrangement.

Country week is my least favorite too. Not that I have anything against most country music, it just seems like no one does real well that week.
 
I hate country week, partially because I listen to country music and they always kill it for the most part. Matt was the best, IMO.

Seriously, some of y'all think Adam is hot?? I don't get it. :blink:

Yes, I watched it, and that's what I thought it was too. He did say that he found a different arrangement of it. I was a HUGE fan of Rockstar Supernova.

Randy Travis thought Adam was a weirdo, I could tell LOL

I dont see the appeal for me. Im not a Scott fan either however.

I have to say though honestly the auditions and weeding out the first rounds I was ready to swear this season off and after last night Im totally back into it!!! I was dissapointed in Alexis this week. Didnt love her. Kris seriously surprised me. I thought he was just there to be pretty and he totally rocked last night. I LOVE Megan, seriously Love her. My current girl crush LOL and Matt just plain rocks. Dannys awesome too but I cant tell whether I love him cause hes can sing (which I mean he can blow) or if I just love him because my heart aches for him. Lil has a great R&B voice and I think she will have a good run but she doesnt have that unique factor, where as I think Adam's unique factor is way over the top for me LOL
 
add in a little middle eastern flair with bells and stuff and it would have been Dilana's arrangement spot on. I'm not an Adam hater..I just did not like his performance last night. My theory is Alexis will be the bottom one..but the judges won't bust out the save this early on..and I'm convinced Alexis is in the final 4..SOOOOOO my guess is my sleeve girl will go home tonite...wahh that hurts too lol i'm like you Sarah..total girl crush!
 
OK let's be fair to Adam. He DID say before he performed that he found another arrangement of the song and that's what he was doing. I think he's way sexier than that other chick, and that is rare because most guys are just gross. :)
