Ok I did it! I decided to take the plunge. I purchased Photoshop Elements 12 and am in the process of downloading it now! So please let me know if I start asking too many questions.

I am sure you can't ever ask too much. We have all had to learn a program to scrap in and know how frustrating it could be if you didn't have people helping you along the way. I use to be in PSE so I can answer many questions of what you have. And remember......your questions might help others learn something new too!
