Well, one of mine was to get healthier and I have lost weight, soooo that's a start. I have not started excercize program yet. I procrastinate about that using every possible excuse I can come up with. I have a treadmill in my basement and right now I'm using the excuse that it's lonely down there. I'm really more of a 'need a partner' workout person. I need motivation of another person to get me going and keep me going.
