I tried to make it last night...

really, I did. As some of you know, my sister is getting married today. Well, after spending ALL DAY yesterday cleaning the reception place (bowling alley banquet room - ick), decorating, manicures, pedicures, rehearsal and then back to the bowling alley to decorate more & have a few drinks with the wedding party, I finally made it home at 9:30. Opened my computer and turned on the TV to NO CABLE and NO INTERNET. :cursing: Do these stupid cable people not realize that I have a date every Friday night?????????? Our cable company was bought out by another company and converted a couple of days ago and it seems like they are having some major problems already. I got the rudest person when I called last night. She's like well, we have a tech working on it and no we don't know when it will be fixed. It will be back on when it's fixed. And she had a snotty attitude. No time estimate, no apologies, nothing. To put it mildly, I was SO NOT a happy camper last night and it finally just came back online a few minutes ago. I need my SSD fix!!!

Anyways, hope you all had a great time last night and have a wonderful day today. I'm going to go shop a little and then I'll be back tomorrow.

Our cable/internet company is in the middle of a switch too...from a small to a large and we have had more issues in two months than we did the entire year with the small company. It is annoying as all get out!

Sigh. Kat, at least you didn't do what I did. I managed to go to the chat... and even talk a bit.. and then I fell asleep. In chat, on my computer, and before the new releases came out. So lame, I tell you. LOL
