I had no problem just now downloading it. Are you entering the code in the wrong area?

If so - when you go to look at your cart - on the very bottom of the page is this image:

this is where you will enter the code and then hit submit. Hope this helps!

It looks like you're putting the coupon code in the gift certificate box. It needs to go in the discount coupon code box shown in Erin's screenshot.

I was the same error messages and I'm putting the code in the coupon box.. Then I realized I was putting the code in wrong. it's a lower case "L" before the 2013- not the number one. LOL
