We are just all over the place, huh?! lol... I vote white. I don't think that blue works with the photo and I like how the white brightens it up.

I would go with the grey, yes the blue makes everything "pop", but I think you want you focus to be on the picture itself and the grey pulls this off well, without overpowering the layout.
