i NSD - what's your plan?

do you shop?
do you actually scrap?
do you do challenges?
will you chat?

i'm so torn as to how to spend my time! there is so much going on!
 
Well, I am definitely going to shop....as soon as I wake up!
Then I have to do some grocery shopping, but I am planning to scrap the rest of the day or at least join chats and games where I can, as I am dealing with time difference too.
 
I will definitely shop. I hope to have some time for some challenges, but shopping will be my number 1 priority.
 
We're going away for a long weekend in about an hour, so I won't be around this time (hopefully I can peek in the shoppe for a tiny moment tomorrow).

My usual "scrap holiday" plan is to shop as soon as the store goes live Friday night. Then I check out the challenges throughout the day and pick a few that require me to scrap and preferably earn Portfolio points (or that I can also count toward the regular Portfolio). I don't get a day to just scrap very often, so I try to use it to get pages done rather than chatting and doing scavenger hunt type challenges.

This year I won't get to spend the majority of the day scrapping. :( I still think I'll concentrate more on the layout challenges, but I won't do as many and may not be able to scrap much until the kids go to sleep. (Crossing my fingers for couple of hours earlier in the day, too.)
 
*sigh* again this year we are gone all day to a conference... :crying:

But I would love to have a day to scrap, using the challenges to prompt me!
 
i have sam's first communion in the morning at 10am. then a small luncheon here. i won't shop much, but i'm hoping that the afternoon i can scrap until dinner. then take my oldest on a mini-date - dinner, ice cream and the puppy store. then home and i'll scrap some more. so i think i'll try and do a couple challenges too!
 
I love the sound of all this snacking whilst you scrap - think I can manage that part at least.

I failed miserably with my AWITL photographs and by Friday had got bored ... but I had a day off work yesterday so challenged myself to take photos of '1 day in May' and so I want to make a mini book with them this weekend
 
I usually shop as soon as I get up - 8am is super early for most people on here (one joy of being in the UK LOL) that way I don't have to struggle under the traffic.

I will be scrapping and taking part in the challenges as well, I just have to pop out for an hour in the morning, I'll be buying some chocolate etc to get me through the day lol.
 
Just shopping this year. A friend sent me a GC to shop, otherwise I wouldn't even be doing that.

I work tomorrow from 5 am-1 pm and then we're going to see The Avengers at 2:30. I might be able to squeeze in some fun/scrappy time after the movie... we'll see.
 
I will be doing a little bit of shopping... ( Sweet Rewards are coming up and I'm thinking about really cashing out then.) I'm going to focus on chatting tonight (yay!) and doing the challenges tomorrow. My husband is planting corn right now and I should have all day to myself. This usually drives me nuts, but I'm really looking forward to it tomorrow! lol.
 
Well, a local used bookstore is having a sale in the morning, and their building gets hot so I think first thing I have to go shop there first thing... but then I already warned my dh that I'd like a couple of hours tomorrow to hang out, shop, download and organize my goodies, and maybe scrap a bit. :)
 
Ok, so this is my first iNSD @ the Sweet Shoppe and I kind of feel like asking you guys (designers, babes, Robin) the same question... what do YOU HAVE PLANNED? :p:D Are there going to be challenges tomorrow? Are there chat(s)? And depending on the sale... how much shopping should I plan on? ;) All of this information would help me today as I'm planning my day tomorrow. Because my DH needs to be gently and subtly prepped for these things if you know what I mean. :hugs:
 
LOL all of the above!! I've been doing some chats and games, but mostly tomorrow will be shopping I think. I will still try to play games and stuff too, but the shopping is definitely a priority :)
 
Got a soccer game for Drew tomorrow at 10 but after that will be scrapping and chatting! :) DH has been put on notice that he needs to keep the kids out of my way since its MY day tomorrow! :)
 
I'd like to do it all but there just aren't enough hours in the day. I like to check out all of the different stores' sales and by the time I run through my list my computer time is up. I am hoping to catch some chats and do at least a page or two to get started on May's portfolio.

Click on the "chat" icon on the top right of your window. (Man, I really stink at giving directions. lol.) You log in, using any name you want. The chats are really fun and we are having one tonight at 9 Eastern (which is in about an hour).
 
I want to do it all! lol I've already told my family and friends that tomorrow is all about me getting my scrap on. :)
