oh yes a total relief! The only thing we didn't really think of is it has no garage or storage area for bikes and outdoors stuff... doesn't seem very practical to get our bikes up the stairs into the house, get them through the house to the stairs to the basement that's fully carpeted... silly huh?

Thanks Dawn! It’s been stressful! A townhome has its challenges and isn’t what we préfères but it’s clean and newer looking so I’m happy! Can’t wait to get there!
