I Need Help!!!!!!

I'm almost hyperventilating here....

I just organized all of my files yesterday and knew that I was missing a few kits. I went to my SSD account to check my order history and I am missing over $100 worth of product!!!!

I have the list and I have the order invoices...what is SSD's policy about resending files?? These orders were from November-December 2007.

Can someone please help???

When my ehd crashed Robin had my kits reactivated in no time! She rocks!!

SSD's policy is that you can have files reset ONCE as long as you purchased them within the last 6 months. So you should be safe!

Yes, email Robin with order #'s (makes it easier for her to reset them).
