I Need Help!!!!!!

I'm almost hyperventilating here....

I just organized all of my files yesterday and knew that I was missing a few kits. I went to my SSD account to check my order history and I am missing over $100 worth of product!!!! :(

I have the list and I have the order invoices...what is SSD's policy about resending files?? These orders were from November-December 2007.

Can someone please help???
 
SSD's policy is that you can have files reset ONCE as long as you purchased them within the last 6 months. So you should be safe! :)
