I need help with Photoshop CS5- is anybody in Iowa?

Hello fellow scrappers!

I have been scrapping on a PC with Storybook Creator from Creative Memories and my PC crashed. We replaced it with a Mac and I now have Photoshop CS5. The Storybook Creator software for the Mac doesn't allow you to you templates so I HAVE to learn scrapping on Photoshop. Cindy Schneider has graciously sent me some links with tutorials but I am still really struggling.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

I'm in Des Moines, IA--is there anybody out there near me who could help?

I'm feeling desperate and want to get back to scrapping!
