I need help using the photo frames that come with PSE 6.0

While I have been adding actions to my PSE folders, I came across a folder labelled "frames" and there are a gazillion photo frames in there. But I have no idea where to find them when using my program.

Can anyone tell me where to find them??

go to Window in the top menu bar. Then click on Content. A little palette should come up. Click on the drop down arrows and various things should appear. For frames, it's By Type on the left list and Frames on the right list.
