I need Grey's Anatomy Help!

I got 3 episodes behind because I can't hardly stay awake late enough to watch it. Last week at work I narrowly escaped finding out what happened because people don't walk around with "i'm about to blurt out a spoiler to the girl sitting next to you" alerts on their foreheads.

I HAVE to get caught up tonight before the finale or I"m going to go crazy tomorrow.

I'm trying to watch online and in the opening scene of this epi, there is weirdness btw Lexi, Sloane, Grey and McDreamy. Why? I feel like I've missed something.

McDreamy is still mad at McSteamy for dating Lexy after he asked him to stay away from her. They havent spoken since McDreamy punched him in the face.

I see! I didn't realize that the fight was so recently , so to speak. Btw the time they took off, and the weeks I've missed, it feels like 6 months since I watched that episode
