I need a new siggy and avatar... what about you?

I am feeling something artsier right now? Anyone else needs an update of either their siggy or forum pic.
 
Like you can seriously see my grey hair on that avatar. I need to use my sexy coffee shop pic. LOL!!!!!!
 
Love the photo!!!! I just updated my siggy.... profile pic is going to have to stay for me.... it's too much work putting on makeup. LOL.
 
I totally get you!!! I updated both my siggy and my avatar the other day...back to my coffee theme.

Love that picture of you with the sunglasses (although you totally rock it in the avatar with the bits of grey).

Personally, I like using my Bitmoji for my avatars - she's a much cooler version of me :D :D and I don't have to worry about doing my makeup or covering my roots (which are horrible right now!)

I actually hate making siggies. That is my least favorite challenge during DSD & iNSD. I feel like I put so much work into, and I never love it. I would probably like it better if Cindy made a template for me to use, lol.
 
I hate changing my avatar because even though I follow the directions and shrink it to the "allowed" size, I always get it wrong and have to resize and retry about 50 times before I get it right, so I only change it every 2 or 3 years! :p

I don't even have a signature graphic right now! LOL I don't even know where to host the images anymore. I'm stuck in photobucket and dropbox days and I haven't had luck with hosting things on dropbox in the past few years.

THIS. I still cant figure out the right way to share the finished challenges image every month, for some reason it wont show up.

Also since I'm not on any CTs it feels weird to have a siggie not advertising for them. Like .... my name is already here :D
 
I'm still in lala-land from getting Babe status, so mine is staying a bit longer. ;)
 
haha no. I only change mine when required for a challenge. I'm the same with signature size. It takes me at least 10 tries for it to not been too large or too small!

BUT you guys... I looooove all the signatures! & I'm the one that always wants to host a siggie challenge during events *blush*

Jo mentioned above - Imgur is great free place to upload images. I use Flickr (also free) ... both are easy to navigate and simple to use for challenge trackers & signatures.

To create my signature I always start with a box template roughly 600X300 pixels and then shrink my alpha & elements down and scrap within that, then I'm never having to resize anything. How do you guys usually create yours?

ETA: That's a terrific photo of you, Dalis!

makeup? What is that?!?!?!? I probably should throw away all the make up I have in the house it's probably 10+ years old.
 
I've actually been thinking of updating both! My user pic is now eleven years old, and I've basically had the same siggy since I came here as a designer. The siggy isn't so bad for me to make, but the photo is a tough one... trying to find a photo that I love and feels like me, while at the same time being "appropriate" (read: not guzzling wine) seems impossible! LOL

I love your little bitmoji. My bitmoji not so cute. LOL!!!!!! I think I made it too similar to real life. Her muffin top bothers me. LOL!!!!!!:o

I struggle too. I see all these amazing ones out there and I am like... ok... here is mine... ducking behind the couch.

LOL!!!! :hugs: Come over here, you are my twin! I do this EVERY SINGLE TIME. It makes me so upset!
 
When I create a new siggie I always start with a smaller box like Loni mentioned BUT then I have issues with trying to add my saved shadows. They look way too strong and too big... for that, I hate making new siggies.

so far so good.

I start too big apparently. I think I do 900x300 or some thing like that. I like your size one.

Interesting....I always just make my siggy in a 12x12 ..
I just center my design and then my shadows look how I want them. I crop and then resize after that.
