You guys really know how to make a girl giggle and I just wub you all so much.

So here's what I need: :p (Just kidding)

Seriously though, I need a weight-loss/weight watchers buddy. I need someone that will be understanding when I fall off the wagon (I hold up traffic!), but someone that will give me the constant kick in the arse that I so seriously need!

I have 30lbs. to lose. I have done this before and I know that I can do it again, but that is what's holding me back...I'm a procrastinator! My body is not liking me very much right now and my poor tummy aches when I eat. Plus, my cholesterol is a wee bit high.

I can't put this off any longer - it has to be now or it won't ever get done.

Anyone wanna be my friend?? Do ya', huh...huh?

I will beg if I have to! ;)

ETA: I too need to do something-- I eat whatever I want and don't exercise---"Why am I getting fat?" It's a mystery!!!!

I just got home from a 45 minute super-walk (I'd call it a power-walk, but it was only powerful for me!)
 
Mmyeah, I haven't done JACK today... :unsure: I fully intend to start my Jillian Michaels 30-day Shred tomorrow though :w00t:
 
Here's some encourgagment for you ladies! I still have a lot to lose, BUT I started going to Curves in mid-February and I LOVE it. I'm not a gym person or an exercise person, but it is great! I also started using Isagenix products a month later and in 2.5 months, I've lost 18 lbs. I feel better, I look better and I'm motivated to keep going!

So, I know it's not easy but you CAN do it :) And if you have a bad day, don't worry about it. Start again the next day! One bad day/meal isn't the end of the world - it's just a side step to your goal!
