It's hard to believe it's actually happening. I'm spending the first night alone, moving smaller things and getting paper work finished. Then Friday I have friends helping with the couple of larger, heavier things and Eden is going to stay with me that night. We're going to order a pizza and watch a scary movie (assuming I've figured out how to hook up my TV, lol!)

So I'll probably be off for awhile, not that I've been super active the last month or so anyway.

My emotions are all over the place, so wish me luck!

I've been thinking of you and praying for you throughout the day. I'll be keeping you in prayers this weekend as you make this next step. I'm so thankful Eden's spending the night with you. Have fun watching scary movies (don't get too scared). Always know that we're praying for you, we've got your back and if you need to vent we are here for you! <3

All moved in! Everything went smoothly and the weather was PERFECT. I only brought a couple heavy things, my couch and desk, so after that it was just a lot of carting boxes up and down stairs. Cause I'm on the 3rd floor, lol! At Panera now because I couldn't check my work schedule from my phone. Sure will be nice to have my internet up and running.

Off to look at the new releases!
 
Good luck! Once you are on your own and all the tension at home is gone, you will be able to relax and enjoy home again.
 
Still don't have my internet up and running. Do you know how hard it is to do pretty much ANYTHING w/o internet access???? I'm about pulling my hair out over this whole thing. John is usually the one who takes care of this stuff. HOPEFULLY w/in the next 48 hours I'll be set up.
 
Val - I'm thinking of you as you make this transition! For us it was under very different circumstances but recently my dad chose to leave my mom and she is now starting fresh in her own apartment, and on that same learning curve of having to figure out EVERYTHING for herself (something quite foreign to her). I know it is really a huge change. I'm hopeful for you that it can be smooth and that you can find true happiness on your own.

Just big hugs because I always read your updates and rarely post my support, but I've been feeling it for you all along!

Now call the stupid internet company and tell them whats what! You can do this! :) <3

THANK YOU :) And I did finally get ahold of someone yesterday and they are sending a tech out to look at the wires outside. 24-48 hours they say. I honestly am just dying for my Netflix back.
