So, apparently I love these little cartoon characters more than I thought. This morning I babysat for my sister, and of course, my nephew has to watch his toons.

Well, Backyardigans come on and although I have seen many episodes with them, I hadn't found my favorite one until today. It was the episode titled "Surf's Up", where they are on a hunt for "Tiki Beach" to catch the perfect wave.

IDK if it's just me being weird, but their songs are so catchy!! I found myself sitting there bee-boppin' to them all episode. I tried to find a clip of the song I liked most, but I'm not having much luck with that.

Anyway, my name is Amanda, I am 28, and I love The Backyardigans.

Everybody shout, "Woah, Daddy! Whoa, daddy! Whoa daddy! Surf's up! Surf's Up! Whoa daddy! Whoa!"

TOTALLY our favorite song at my house! We sing that line all the time.

I love to watch the Backyardigans with my boys too! The music is great and I like that each one uses a different style of music. I think my favorite is called Tales of the Mighty Knights. It has a really rocking sound.

My name is Heather. I am 39. I love the Backyardigans.

My twins don't really watch that anymore but if it comes on and it is THAT episode they will watch it-they love that one too!!!

I've watched them with my nieces and nephews and they are adorable! I wish they had them when my kiddos were little.

OMG three days ago Rae asked me to put on the Snow Fort. That's her favorite one, since there are Mounties (daddy is a Mountie after all). She gets her daddy's hat on and sings her heart out. It's too cute.

I really like the episode with the Flying Rock LOL.

I think they are way too cute too! I like the new video clip they show of the the new DVD coming out with the aliens.

I'm still partial to the very first episode...The Yeti. I love Pablo using the raisins as "yeti droppings." :D

I love the Yeti one too, but L.J.'s favorite is the Pirate's Treasure. I try to get him to watch the Yeti as much as possible though.

"Stomp, stomp, stomp"

We have a few of their discs and one of them is the Surf's Up one, lol. I love it, and the clown one is pretty funny too!

Well, we haven't gotten this CD yet, but it's got "Surf's Up, Ho Daddy" on it: The Backyardigans: Born to Play. They've got it at Amazon and you can just buy the MP3 for $0.99. I think I'll have to Kaboodle it for the kids and throw it in my basket on my next Amazon order. We've got the other 2 already.

LOL!!! This is hialariious!!! Our favorite thats always played is the mermaid one!!! We sing the music all the time!!!

Love the "bakins". . . .as Jadie calls it!!!

Owen loves the vikings one and the egg one too lol.

i'm partial to the surf's up one as well lol

We have their CD in the van, the kids ask for it all the time! They really have good music, maybe it has something to do with the people who make the music comes from our generation? Just a thought....

We have 2 of their 3 CDs and almost every episode DVR'd. :)

I love the music in Tale of the Mighty Knights. I also love the celtic tunes in Tea Party. The boys' favorite is Samuri Pie "Do you want to make pieeeess? Yes I wanna make piiiieeeesss. Let me see it your eyes. I wanna make piiieeesss."

My kids are watching them right now. Ben's fav is the hunt for the rock....not sure the real name of the episode but they sing, '...float, flutter, fly......" So cute.

Does anyone watch Wonder Pets? I think they are just darling.
