I went to let our other dog in but Sadie wasn't out there, so i looked and saw her collar on the chain but she was nowhere. she's gotten loose before and always comes back; she chased the rabbits around our house. i went back in and a bit later she still hadn't shown up. so i went out and called her name a few times. thats when i saw her on the road. she was already gone. she must have had internal bleeding, cause she looked okay. people always fly down our road, but i found her near the street light so i don't know how they didnt see her. we got her in July. This month she would have been one year old. i think i'm in shock; i havent really cried yet. my DH did. he loved that dog too. i guess she's in a better place in doggy heaven.
