I HATE scales....

the kind you get on to weigh yourself:cursing: :cursing: :cursing: ...and I am not self concisous about my weight {well I am trying to loose weight, but that is irrelevant} and I got on the scale at home and it said 172...I came to work and the D#@$ scale at work says 175 :cursing: :cursing: :cursing: anybody else have this problem!!!!! I want to loose 15 lbs {be down to 160} by Thanksgiving!!!!! is it POSSIBLE...if anyone has any ideas PLEASE let me know...and I HATE exercising so any food tips would be great! I do however exercise 1 hr at least 3 times a week....

p.s. I did sign up for Lena's challenge, so I am hoping that will help, but looking for any great ideas to get me out of a SLUMP!
 
only suggestion I have is to drink lots and lots of water. I can weigh myself on different scales and weigh anywhere from 168 to 175 pounds. Id like to lose about 20-25 pounds. I have tons of clothes that I could wear just two years ago and want to get back into them.
 
Oh yeah...NEVER weigh yourself on two different scales! Pick one and only weigh the same time of day, wearing similar things...diff. scales can be evil!
 
I agree Lena...bad part is {since I am in the Navy} the scale that I weighed on at work is the OFFICIAL scale I have to weigh in on for my phsical fitness test:cursing: :cursing: :cursing: and the bad part is I weighed on the scale at home NAKED!!!! maybe they will just have to close their eyes when I have to weigh in for my physical firness test:p
