I'm back! So, I see my friend posted here for me to let all of you know that I had my baby pirate on Wed, I just got discharged today, he's still in NICU, however. :(

He's not in an incubator, or on oxygen or anything, they took out his IV when he was three days old. They're just keeping an eye on his eating, his jaundice, and he's having trouble keeping his temp up, all of which are apparently normal for a preemie.

Anyways, I went in expecting to be admitted for bleeding and they decided to give me a c-section like right then. It was so sudden. I wasn't even bleeding terrible, it was not bad at all. I left the house at 11:30am, it was a 10 minute drive to the hospital, I had him at 2:58pm. It was so crazy.

Anyways, meet the latest Sweet Tart, Phineas Morgan, 5lbs 13oz, 17 inches long, and he was a 34 weeker.

Congrats! Glad to hear everything went well, and he is a healthy little preemie! Hope you get to bring him home soon, and hope you recover well from your c-section.

He is soo adorable! congrats to you! my youngest was 5' 13" and 18 and a 35 weeker. she is an active 6 yr old now! hope he gets to come home soon!
 
Awww, look at that little guy! :) I'm so glad things are going pretty well and that you're OK too! Take care and scrap your heart out with that little cutie when you can. :)
 
He's gorgeous!! My boys are both preemies, and were also healthy! One was 7lbs 1oz at 33 weeks, the other 8lbs 11oz at 34-35 weeks (the doctors couldn't agree, lol!). :)

Can you girls fracking believe one of the first things out of my mouth after they told me I was going to have the c-section that day was... "But I still have 5 layouts to go for the 40% at Sweet Shoppe..." ???????

My dh told me I seriously needed to get my priorities straight. :rofl

I'm seriously not kidding. I'm that bad.
 
OMG he is so precious!!! Congratulations and I'm glad it all went well. Hope he will be home soon with his mommy! I know you hated coming home without him and I hope it won't be for long :(
 
Congrats! Although I have heard the name Phineas before (even before Julia named one of her babies that), I've never heard of Yorick. Where does it come from? I'm a word/name nerd, so I'm dying to know. :)

Only a man would list birthing a baby over getting your Sweet Rewards coupon. I completely understand. Prolly the only time I'd ever go hybrid would be to stitch my cash 'n' prizes clear shut (but with pretty ribbon touches, too, of course) until I got my coupon layouts completed and uploaded!
 
Congrats mama! He is precious! Our Noah was in the NICU for 3 weeks, so I know what it's like. He'll be home safe in your arms before you know it.
