Is it safe for me to assume you are using PS for that???? I got version 5.0 with the tablet but have not opened it yet......Can you use it with other programs too?

Christine, the tablet is EXACTLY like a mouse, it works with all programs. 
It's just a mouse in pen form, lol.
It does have a learning curve, but do the tutorial at the end of the installation process to get the basic ideo of how it works (because how a mouse moves all over the screen with the flick of a wrist isn't how the tablet works - every point on the tablet "connects" with a point on the screen...so if you click on the top right of your tablet work area, the mouse will be in the top right corner of your screen, etc).
Put away the mouse, because if you have it sitting there, you'll be tempted to reach for it instead of learning to use the pen...but believe me, the pen is AMAZING once you've got the hang of it. It took me about a day before I got comfortable using it and pretty soon I was faster with the pen than a mouse.

I have a Bamboo and only use it. I really recommend just putting away the mouse and using the pen for everything. Just surf the net and do your normal computer stuff with the Bamboo. Get to the point that you don't look at the pen tablet... you will just know where to move the pen at some point. Enjoy!! I use mine for everything!

Yea, I tried the mouse but I can't stand having it in such a small place so I have been using the pen and so far so good. I have those Monday duldrums today (it has been raining all day here) so I have no real gumption to learn too much tonite.. Hopefully a good night sleep will get me going tomorrow I am so excited to have this thing :thumbup:
