I finally made it!

Well since leaving Alaska in May we have finally made it to England about a month ago. Anyone around the Lakenheath area? Been stationed here before? Any great tips about England? Sights? Sorry Im just so excited to be here but I dont know where to start

Congrats on the move! I spent 3 mon in London/Tonbridge area on assignment for work... but that was like 10 years ago... so outside of a lot of inside jokes with my co-worker ("have you paid and displayed?") and seeing all the typical sites (i.e. Stonehenge)... I'm not much help.

Similar to RatherBScrappin, I was last in Lakenheath in 1990. The only thing I remember was the on-base "hotel" was icky.
