I didn't get called back for that job

at JCPenney. They said if i didnt hear back by Thursday, then i didnt get it. I did miss two calls on my cell phone yesterday and they were local unknown numbers, so its either them calling me late, or maybe another interview. If they want me, they'll call back i guess. I'm not worried about it. Jobs are hard to find her right now, even the lame clothing store ones i'm applying to. DH wants me to appy to WalMart. Blah. I'd rather work in a small store not a huge one. I don't want to be standing behind that register all day. I like to move around!

I hope you hear something soon. I wish businesses would be kind enough to give everyone a call whether or not they got the job instead of leaving them hanging. I have been job hunting for almost a year and have spent a lot of time in suspense. But, I finally found something. :thumbup: I am going to be working as a bank teller. With kids it is about the best hours you can have outside of a school job. Good luck with your search!!
