Well, I did the yarn spiderweb .. It took me about 5 tries, I kept messing with it then finally I was like THAT'S IT this time it's staying no matter how it looks! I think it came out ok :p could have been better still but :p whatever.. lol I was tired of standing pretty much IN my window. My neighbors across the street were outside/on their porch the whole time and probably think I'm totally insane now :p

here's how it came out either way :p no more touching it. Please let's hope the tape on the edge strings holds and it doesnt all fall off in the middle of the night :p

also. the amount of difficulty i had in doing something that was supposed to be SO simple.. has me really worried about that wreath i wanted to do hahahah
 
AWESOME! Although, I would have an uncontrollable desire to shoot RAID at the window every time I looked at it. Spiders are my mortal enemy...but your web looks great:)

do it! my advice.. is to pull the yarn tighter than you think you should while knotting it :p that would have saved me the first couple of re-dos :p also do the outer ones first before even bothering with the tiny insider ones.
 
Ooh i love it! i have some black yarn left from a few years ago when i wrapped some wooden letters in yarn (not to be repeated either! lol) I think you did a fabulous job though!
 
That is pretty cool! It looks great to me! If I had even attempted, it wouldn't look half as good as yours..probably just a jumble of mess..lol!
