I Challenge You!

If you haven't done the 101 Good Thoughts Bingo prompt for this month, I challenge you to do so! I've been feeling a little down these past few days, and getting my head into a more positive space by forcing myself to come up with nothing but good thoughts was HUGELY beneficial for me.

So, even if you don't plan to do a page, I really encourage you to get those thoughts down on paper (or computer screen in my case :p). I promise you'll be glad you did!

I really need to remember to do this kind of thing regularly! IT really does put things into perspective when you focus on the good doesn't it?!

I have my list of words ready, just need to scrap them.
My list include random words that make me feel good.

I so agree! I make a list of 10 things I'm grateful for once a week. It really helps to keep things in perspective and gives a boost to my mood.

This one was definitely a challenge for me. I tried to think of good and positive thoughts and things that make me happy, and as I was doing it I realised I could probably do an 'all about me' kind of page on most of them individually. That would make a nice book covering so many aspects of my life from childhood to now, if I ever get around to doing it!

I'm still intimated by this. Maybe if I just told myself to come up with so many each day till I reached 101 or something.

That would be an amazing book!

There are little things that make me smile every day and I think those are the kinds of things you put in this kind of layout.

Baby cows in the pasture on the way to work. Seeing a pretty bird. Gorgeous weather. The smell of new air freshener in my car.

Kind of lame everyday stuff but it's good stuff non-the less. Don't let it overwhelm or intimidate you - think small little things that just kind of make you smile or say...life is good.

Can't wait to see your list Kendall!

Great idea for a book. Inspiring.
