I can't get into the shoppe! Must Buy stuff!

Hey. I can get around a computer and internet pretty fast but when it comes to the technical stuff I have to call professionals! I have been trying to get into the store since Saturday and I keep getting this message:

Method Not Implemented

GET to / not supported.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache Server at www.sweetshoppedesigns.com Port 80

I think it's just me since I can't find anything on the forum about malfunctions. I am the malfunction!!! Does anyone know how I can fix this? MUST BUY STUFF!

I haven't seen this message before...but it might be good to know WHICH browser you are using... have you tried to get into the shoppe with a different browser? Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome...to name a few...

You also might try reinstalling the software for the browser...make sure you have the latest release. I have been buying here for quite awhile and haven't had a problem.

I use Firefox and was having trouble all day yesterday with the whole site, I kept getting a 400 & 404 error. All I did was clear my cookies and temporary internet files and it was fine!! Maybe try that and hope it helps!!!

Our webhost suggested you try the following settings to see if they help you access the shoppe.

Will you give it a go and let us know?

ETA - from our error logs it looks like there may be something wonky in your cookies Kristen, try clearing those like Elizabeth suggested and see if that helps.

Ok. I think it's firefox. I cleared the cookies and the temporary files. I used a different browser and was able to get in. Sooo, I'll work on Firefox but at least I can shop. I was starting to have a meltdown! Thanks for understanding a girl's need to shop for digiscrap supplies! Happy Thanksgiving!:thumbup:
