I cant get a response to my emails!

How long does it usually take to get a response to an email to Sweet Shoppe Admin? I made a purchase on the 8th of February, I emailed them that night and again about a week later. I have had no response to either email! :(

I don't understand why I am not getting a response! I hate to post this here but I would like to receive my refund!

what email are you sending to? admin @ sweetshoppedesigns.com should be the correct one--- R is always s uper good about responding straight away so I'm guessing they may have been lost in cyber space. I'll direct her to this post though :]

I just went back over all of my emails from the 8th and I dont have anything from you. There was a couple of days at the beginning of the month where I had a few emails go missing on me (more than one customer wrote saying the same thing you're saying here) and I jsut have NOTHING on my end from them. Things seem to be coming through tho now because I do have your mail from the 15th, it was buried in my spam box tho which is the reason I havent responded sooner. I'll reply back to you there and get your refund taken care of.

Robin is great!

I second what Lauren said about Robin. I'm a regular costumer here at sweetshoppe, have bought tons of their products, have had a few issues in the past, mostly connected to computer or internet problems, but most of the time within half an hour, Robin replies and solves the problem to my full satisfaction! That woman seems to never sleep!!! lol
Anyway, I highly recommend the sweetshoppe to any of my friends or family! :thumbup:

I totally agree and LOVE sweet shoppe, just thought it was wierd that I wasn't getting a response. Emails can do mysterious things sometime!
