I can't download purchases beginning of Feb

I tried accessing my orders from the beginning of Feb thru my Order History and I get this:

"You have nothing to download."

This also applies to older orders as well.

I am hoping this is a temp glitch

I have the same issues, can't download my 2/20 order, and I really was in the mood to download and play last night.

Download keys expire sitewide in the new store, so they no longer remain active indefinitely from your order history. I'm going to try to extend the download key time, but that will likely only apply to new keys. Just send me your order numbers and I'll get you reset.
