I can't believe the retirement announcement...

I'm devastated-- I'll admit to being a total fangirl. :(
My boyfriend is already groaning at the amount I want to spend on products I don't have yet, but... it's so hard to say goodbye, and I want everything I don't have!

I'm really sad about it. :(

:( I'm so sad she's retiring. Her templates are so fresh and unique, and I can't believe she won't be selling in the store anymore.

Oh no! But I NEED Bits and Bytes 2014 Title Cards for my Project Life! What will I do? I'll miss you Lynette!

Bummed, too. I did grab up Nettio's Favs-o-Rites 2013 Collection last week, and plan to use them to create "All About Me" LO's (what? what?) next year. (Creating "me" layouts has been a goal of mine for a few years, now, but...my son is so much cuter!) So, I will be sad to see Lynette go, but I will continue to be inspired by her in the coming months!

My boyfriend and I had been talking about making a Fav-oites album, the three of us each getting a layout. I'll definitely be picking up any Faves I don't have, and a few albums. I've narrowed my list down to $63 something (mostly because I own almost everything already)... but... I'll likely have to trim it a little more unless I get a GC for Christmas.

I thought it'd be fun to share what we bought from her store during the retirement sale. I went on a little shopping spree and got these:

I grabbed her Life Captured 2013 album. I used her 2012 album templates to document our 2013 vacations and want to use the 2013 version to document 2014 vacations.

Seriously bummed when I saw that announcement. I also picked up the Fave-oites 2013 collection even though I had some of the singles. I also grabbed up some of her single pages.

So, I asked my boyfriend his opinion on which templates I should buy, since my budget was limited (he watches me scrap sometimes)... he ended up taking it as a hint (it wasn't, I swear!) and bought me a gift card to the shoppe to help stretch my budget. :)

Time to go shopping!

Totally OT, but Lindsay, you have such a beautiful signature!

Wishing luck to Lynnette and hoping she keeps scrapping and being around SSD.

Thanks everyone! We left for vacation right before the announcement so I hadn't had a chance to pop in yet, but I did want to say thank you to everyone who's supported Nettio Designs or purchased my products during my time here at SSD. I promise I'm not disappearing, just refocusing my energies a bit so I'll most definitely still be around, just in a bit of a different way. :)

Lynette, you have always been full of so many great- and unique- ideas. I'm glad we're going to still be seeing you around even if not in designer mode <3

I bought everything I could afford to, then waited until right before the end of the sale (I got paid a little early) and bought more. I'm an addict.

Lynnette, I can't wait to see what you do next! :)
